The International Relations (IR) team extends FISH's outreach in Mexico by fostering cross-cultural interaction between FISH and the community. IR focuses on the development of English lessons for both the children and adults of Maclovio Rojas. Through utilizing an ESL textbook, projector technology, and health education modules, IR is able to develop effective English lesson plans and worksheets.

Recently, FISH has put together a mini library of English and bilingual books. This mini library remains in the community center at Maclovio Rojas, and is completely free for children to use and borrow from. A new project IR is starting on this quarter is hosting a Lotería for the kids of Maclovio Rojas so that they can have a fun way to practice and remember all of the English words they have learned.
