Health Fair Submissions

A health fair model allows associates to be creative and have a bigger role in health education; however, the activities shouldn't just be fun for us. The primary purpose of this form is to act as a screen to make sure that the activities will actually have long-term benefit to community members. In addition, it should serve as a guide to help you plan your health fair activity and organize your ideas.
